Section 29
Exceeding the work efficiency limit
No civil servant shall be deemed to have exceeded the work efficiency limit unless the secretary of the relevant ministry in the case of a gazetted employee and the authority in the case of a gazetted employee declare in writing that a civil servant is eligible to exceed the work efficiency limit.
